Financial Aid: We understand how debilitating having pain or a disability is and how that can negatively/financially impact your life. If you feel that our services may be beneficial to you and you are currently undergoing financial hardships preventing you from obtaining the care that you need, we are willing to work out a reasonable solution to help get you back on your feet if we feel that we can help. Please send us an email briefly describing your situation (reason for financial hardship, the physical problems you are experiencing, and a copy of your previous years tax return if requested) and we will try to get back to you in a timely manner.
