Dr. Karpus founded Empower Rehab & Wellness in 2016 to create a more focused healthcare experience. Every physical therapy visit is one-on-one, allowing time to understand each person’s goals, examine how they move, and adapt treatment as they progress.
Born and raised in Atlanta, he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. His advanced training includes manual therapy, dry needling, spinal and joint manipulation, Pilates rehabilitation, and Thai massage.
